Hundreds Protest Unemployment

A riot outside Baghdad has left two dead and dozens injured.

Hundreds of Iraqis took to the streets of Nasiriyah Thursday to protest the state of unemployment in Iraq. At least one man complained that Iraqis have to pay $600 or $700 to a potential employer in order to work.

The demonstration turned violent as protesters armed with sticks, stones and guns were confronted by police.
